AI and privacy

Leah is an AI agent, not a person. Her answers are generated by AI and can be wrong. Nothing she says is medical advice. In an emergency, call 911.
Your voice travels over LiveKit Cloud to our agent. The agent sends your audio to Deepgram to turn it into text, the text to Anthropic's Claude to write a reply, and the reply to ElevenLabs to speak it. Deepgram's voice is the backup if ElevenLabs fails. Each company handles the data under its own terms, and ElevenLabs may keep it on the plan we use.
We don't record the conversation and keep no transcript of it. LiveKit's recording and transcript tools are turned off for this demo. The transcript on this page lives only in your browser and is gone when you close the tab.
A conversation ends after 5 minutes, and each network can start 3 a day. Before a session starts, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you're not a bot. To count the daily limit we keep a salted hash of your network address for about two days, never the address itself.
